• Do you accept walk-ins?

  We do not. Please call (516) 747 5107 or write to us to make an appointment.

• I am already in the store ready to buy some mouthpeces. Why can't I try them out first?

  We need to gather specific mouthpieces from the stock room and assemble a trial collection beforehand. We also need to have our studio clear and available for a customer to make a selection in privacy.

• How many mouthpieces can one try at once?

  Up to 6 mouthpieces can be selected at once. The sellection is subject to availability.

• How much does it cost to tryout a mouthpiece

  There is a cleaning fee of $7 for any unselected mouthpieces.

• What is your return policy?

  All trial purchases fall under Poppa's Music 15-day return policy.

• Anything else I should know about the trial process?

  During the trial period the customer is responsible for any damage that might occur, and agrees to pay for the damaged item in full.
